Comment:

 Currently the subsection doesn't have a tooltip.

 The flags field has the tooltip "Flags that the directory authorities
 assigned to this relay."

 A possible renaming could be:

 "Additional Flags" : "Flags that have been generated by Relay Search to
 provide extra useful information. These flags do not appear in the
 directory consensus."
