 The way I'm understanding it is that this can happen when two pushes are
 happening at the same time (or rather, before the git gc --auto has
 finished the next push is initiated). It's annoying for sure and I've
 manually cleaned up the file, I don't think there's a better fix we can
 deploy at the current time on the server. The next time you push you
 should not see this message, if you do I'll have to investigate further.
 One option might be to disable automatic garbage collection and do it
 manually on a schedule...
