Comment:

 Verified this patch today against the 52.4.1 stable series.  With this
 patch applied Print to File works as expected when:
  * security.sandbox.content.level is reduced from 2 to either 1 or 0
  * javascript.use_us_english_locale either enabled or disabled

 Issue #23970 should resolve the sandboxing issues.

 Against the 52.4.1 alpha series the patch fails when
 javascript.use_us_english_locale is 'false'.  There appears to be
 disagreement between the firefox and Web Content processes regarding the
 value of the javascript.use_us_english_locale setting in this case.
