I love this idea. I wonder if it would be helpful for us to think of
categories of work done on Tor, so that each week when we're reflecting,
we think about all the ways that volunteers might be helping.
Here's what comes to mind immediately: translation, documentation, helping
people on IRC, helping people on mailing lists, filing bug reports,
running a relay in a way that ensures its long term sustainability (like,
teaching the rest of your CS department or hackerspace about it), running
Tor trainings.....that's all I've got for now.
I also wonder if asking for this information just from teams is the right
way to do it. On the one hand, the teams already meet regularly and this
could become a standing agenda item. On the other hand, writing to tor-
project@ once a month would maybe produce a broader set of cool helpful
people.
