Comment:

 Sorry -- could you update (rebase?) this branch for the latest master?
 The ClientDNSRejectInternalAddresses option got un-deprecated with #21031,
 and now there's a merge conflict.

 Also, a patch to fix the plus-sign issue would be welcome too.
