 gamambel has reverted resolv.conf to the old settings, and pastly has kept
 the new settings for now. I ran another test:

 We see that two of gamambel's exits (HaveHeart and sofia) show significant
 timeouts, while CriticalMass (similar to Comment:37) does not.
 pastly's exits (new settings) again show no timeouts.
