 I do not have a machine from which to collect periodic data and publish
 visualizations (e.g., a graph showing the number of new unique relay
 fingerprints first seen on a given day). Only way I can think to implement
 it would be from an [https://www.rstudio.com/products/shiny/shiny-server
 open source analytics server], which I would be happy to install if a
 machine were available.
