 Thinking about this again i believe the information duplication is not
 worth blocking this ticket for. Patch [attachment:0002-Add-the-relay-to-
 its-own-effective-family.patch] adds the relay fingerprint to the
 effective family member list and appends the tooltip to mention this
 change.
