 Our System is Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS and we tried with  0.3.0.5-rc-1~trusty+1
 and 0.2.9.10-1~trusty+1

 The feedback from the Mailing list was:
 Debian Jessie with tor-0.2.9.10

 Niftybunny reported. Same problems with 0.3.0.5. Upgrading to 0.3.0.7
 helped on most relays.
 (Roger remarked that there would no be a relevant change between both
 0.3.0.5/7 Versions.)

 So it seems the same over Debian/Ubuntu as well 0.2.9x as 0.3.x are
 affected
