 I tested the functionality of this, and it works well. Having someone more
 familiar with Tor's build system look at this would be great.

 A couple initial thoughts:
 - Having setup instructions would be helpful for those testing it/setting
 up Rust for the first time.
 - I imagine using Sebastian's repository as a git submodule is a good
 short term solution to get us up and running, but having a longer-term
 solution (not tied to a particular user) may be good.
