 Lets make the AS number on the atlas page more useful by linking it to
 compass.

 This would then give you all relays on that given AS.

 Example:
 https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/29C92C854E0F6652A77F3A8B231D6932993969E8
 would lik to:
 https://compass.torproject.org/#/ases=AS395978?exit_filter=all_relays&links&sort=cw&sort_reverse&country=&top=-1&ases=AS395978
