Comment:

 The tor-browser changes are in my `bug_21240` (the last 6 patches). The
 tor-browser-bundle changes are in my `bug_21240_v2`
 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/commit/?h=bug_21240_v2&id=546273fb78b4dc7bf346505bf6262bc779dacb2c).
 The change in #18831 is needed as well.
