 I am not able to reproduce this problem. I do not understand everything
 about code signing on OSX, but if there is a problem shouldn't an error be
 shown for non-parental control users the first time the app is opened?

 To try to reproduce, I enabled Parental Controls for a non-admin account
 and tried to run Tor Browser there from /Applications. Do I need to change
 any of the parental control settings? (I just used the defaults.)
