A first suggestion:
Please find three commits [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/iwakeh
/metrics-web.git/log/?h=task-21730 here] that implement the metrics-lib
javadoc inclusion and prepare onionoo and collector web page integration
(#21551).
(I didn't run the war in tomcat. There was a white space warning for the
servlets in some of the latest commits on master.)
