 robgjansen, thanks for the response on those very fast measurements.
 Sounds plausible to me.  I'll add add op-us and op-nl to CollecTor
 tomorrow afternoon.  And I'll op-hk as soon as we're confident where it's
 located and your instance as soon as we have resolved the naming part.

 hiro, it would be great if you could chat with Greenhost people about the
 location.  Just keep it running, and once we know better where it is we
