 still allows you to copy formulae after that change on the side?

 Yes, when scripts are disabled by NoScript Addon I can copy the text but
 formulae are shown as Latex - code and are absolutelly unreadable. I have
 checked the bug in next browsers:

 * FF ESR 45.1.0 with default settings (scripts on) - can copy and search
 by formulae;
 * FF ESR 31.6.0 with default settings (scripts on) - can copy and search;
 * FF 18.0.2 with NoScript Addon allowing scripts - can copy and search;
 * TorBrowser 4.0.8 with NoScript Addon allowing scripts - can copy and
 search, but font changed (maybe by script) to very small and hard to read;
 * TorBrowser 5.0.7 with NoScript Addon allowing scripts - can't copy or
 search;
 * TorBrowser 5.5.5 with NoScript Addon allowing scripts - can't copy or
 search;
 * TorBrowser 6.0.8 with NoScript Addon allowing scripts - can't copy or
 search;
