 It doesn't really matter to me if the file is merged and specified. I only
 care that (1) the file doesn't get deleted forever and (2) the link to it
 in users-q-and-a.txt works. If it's just a .tar.gz file with no support or
 documentation, that's fine. It doesn't need a separate web page. If
 nothing else, I'll upload a copy to archive.org.
