 Here are some additional things to try:
 1) Run with a new profile. To do so, delete or set aside (rename) the
 directory `~/Library/Application Support/TorBrowser-Data/`

 2) Download a new copy of Tor Browser 7.0.2 from
 `https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/`.

 3) Start Tor Browser with multiprocess mode disabled. From Terminal
 (assuming your shell is bash), run the following command:
  MOZ_FORCE_DISABLE_E10S=1
 /Applications/TorBrowser.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox
