 Could you follow comment:3:ticket:20890 (the place for the latest expert
 bundle is https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/7.0.2/tor-
 win32-0.3.0.9.zip with https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/7.0.2/tor-
 win32-0.3.0.9.zip.asc) and give us the debug log you get when starting Tor
 Browser with the expert bundle `tor.exe`?

 If you have questions just ask, I know it's not the most simple kind of
 debugging (we are working on making it easier).
