Comment:

 The changes should be made to the file inside your Application Support
 folder not to any file beneath the .app folder.   (Besides not working,
 when an update for a new version of Tor Browser comes out it will replace
 files in that folder.)

 Colin -- can we add some documentation about what torrc file should be
 edited (how to find it on each platform)?
