 This version of Tor, which comes embedded in TorBrowser 7.5a2, seems to
 read only torrc-defaults when TBB is launched. Thus any changes (such as
 adding a second SocksPort line to torrc) get ignored unless they are made
 to torrc-defaults.

 In particular, {{{ps aux | grep -i tor.real}}} yields the following (note
 the argument passed to the --defaults-torrc flag):

 Moreover, if I quit TBB, move the torrc file out of ~/Library/Application
 Support/TorBrowser-Data/ and restart TBB, torrc gets created there anew,
 but it is empty (zero bytes).
