 There are some coding style things in nickm's torguts repository that
 probably belong in `doc/HACKING` in the tor repository.  One that
 particularly sticks out is `this-not-that.md` but we should review all of
 them.

 If there's some good reason why they should be in a separate repository,
 that would be good to document as well.
