 Tested again with same version. Still no success.

 Orbot---Wifi---HTTPS Proxy---Internet

 Orbot:
 ReachablePort 443 only.
 HTTPS Proxy to 192.168.x.y:z.
 Enable Bridge

 Result:
 Orbot request never reach to HTTPS proxy(nothing in Proxy server's log).
 This is not a proxy server's fault.

 Again, I can connect Orbot if I disable Bridge.
