 WOW.
 Uncheck that checkbox(not checked) fixed my problem...

 Wait wait... maybe I am misleading "Change details that distinguish you
 from other Tor Browser users".

 I read this "Change details that distinguish you from other Tor Browser
 users" as:

 = "I want to change 'some details' which distinguish you from other TBB
 users."
 = "By enabling this checkbox, TBB will stop enforcing some details, and
 you are allowed to change some more options."


 If this is true, consider altering this text to:
 "[X] Forget advanced changes which could isolate you from other TBB users"
 or something.
