 When the user select that checkbox, and change their window size &
 position,
 and close TBB and reopen it,

 [Expected Behavior]
 TBB opens with last window size and position(actual last TBB behavior)

 [Actual Behavior]
 TBB always open with static size and position, ignoring my settings.
