 The Hetzner machine (148.251.236.194) listed here,
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/operations/Infrastructure/Hosts

 used to be reachable at paganini.erinn.org but that isn't the case today.

 Regardless of whether that gets resolved, it'd be preferable if we had a
 tpo hostname.
