Old description:

New description:

 Some of our sponsors contracts have ended and new ones started, we need to
 update the sponsors list at the ticket creation form.

 Remove:

  * sponsorS, sponsorS-can, sponsorS-must
  * sponsorT, sponsorT-can, sponsorT-must

 Add:

  * sponsor4, sponsor4-can, sponsor4-must
  * sponsorX
  * sponsor5

 Open question - if we remove sponsors from this list will the tickets
 already tagged with it loose their sponsor targs?
