 The only somewhat valid argument went along the lines of "people in ir and
 sy get scared when they see their nation flags in vidalia and won't use
 tor". Swap vidalia for atlas and that argument is still somewhat valid but
 less so.

 I've never liked the banning of two particular two-letter combinations in
 a geoip database and am removing "AuthDirBadExitCC sy,ir" from maatuska
 right away.
