 1) By default the size is 1000x600

 2) Enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar reduces it to 100x568. (The Tor Browser
 should resize itself to 1000x600 when enabling the Bookmarks Toolbar)

 There's another anomaly:

 3) Clicking on new identity while the Bookmarks Toolbar is enabled reduces
 the size to 1000x500.

 4) Disabling the Bookmarks Toolbar then makes the size 1000x532.
