 Clean check-outs from all three projects (Onionoo, metrics-lib,
 CollecTor):

 * `./src/main/resources/bootstrap-development.sh` performed as intended,
 and
 * all ant tasks worked, i.e.,
  - clean
  - compile
  - test
  - docs
  - checks (see new tickets)
  - tar
  - coverage

 Creating two new tickets for ExoneraTor and MetricsWeb.
