 Pushed that fix to the official metrics-base repository.

 Onionoo works fine now, except for one tiny change: The MANIFEST.MF file
 in the .jar file now says `Created-By: 1.8.0_102-b14 (Oracle Corporation)`
 rather than `Created-By: The Tor Project`.  The .war file still says the
 latter.  Any ideas?

 Note that metrics-lib and CollecTor still don't work.  See the problem
 above.
