Comment:

 Instead of adding a macOS project ourselves, we should reference
 Tor.framework in our documentation:
 https://github.com/icepa/Tor.framework

 It sets up macOS and iOS builds, using git submodules for tor, libevent,
 and openssl.
 It uses shell scripts to build the submodules, and then packages them into
 a framework.

 It's already used by Onion Browser and iCepa (iOS Tor as a system-wide
 VPN).
