 I've signed this request since it kind of majorly impact an important
 security
 aspect of Tor communication.

 I don't know exactly what's the state of that list/alias but the point
 here is
 to hit the reset button and point it to Schleuder transport. This list
 address
 will be public and encourage to be used with a specific GPG key. There
 will be
 another ticket with the list of people on it.

 Downside here is that it will be a @lists.tpo instead of just @tpo which
 is
 longer and makes it less "intuitive" for someone to remember the address
 but
 I'm not entirely sure how Schleuder behaves well with an email that is not
 a
 list (without -bounces and such).
