 Hi all,

 Did a little more work on this today, resolving some of the TODO items and
 making further edits for readability.

 I'd love if we could finish the outstanding TODO items and publish a blog
 post announcing this (and getting our community excited for the future
 community.torproject.org portal where this will eventually live) in the
 first week of January.

 I realize that I'm saying this on the last workday before TPI takes a
 weeklong break. :) But it would be great to get this finished that first
 week back. I'm gonna follow up with a few people on this ticket over email
 too.
