 Thanks for this, Ana!
 It will really help us work out if our bandwidth authority changes are
 having the desired effect.

 At one pixel per relay, 6000 relays completely fill a 100x60 image.
 So maybe we need some way of reducing the number of relays?
 (Maybe we should only do individual relays by flag?)
