 Probably not that serious an accusation -- much more likely the antivirus
 program is crappy and has triggered a false positive.

 There are plenty of antivirus programs that trigger complaints on the
 first 1000 people to download a new tor browser, simply because it is new
 and not enough users have uploaded about it (read: been spied on about it)
 yet.

 Also, Tor Browser 7.0.7? Really? That version is way old now.
