Comment:

 I've updated the services page as in the description, and attached a
 patch. This is ready to be reviewed.

 If we think we might want to keep the OnionView thing around, we should
 clone the repo somewhere else as I think CodePlex is going away, and we
 could move the link to the development or maybe an ideas page for someone
 else to pick up.
