Comment:

 This is the IPredator relay, I doubt it is malicious as they've been
 running it for a while and some of us know them.

 However, I do get the error as well. I'll be contacting them soon. Thanks
 for the report.

 I've forwarded it to the `bad-relays at lists.torproject.org` which is the
 right place to report next time. Cheers!
