 * status:  new => closed
 * resolution:   => invalid


Comment:

 The reason we do that is because the intro point list might have changed
 in between uploads but that can be fixed with a "dirty" flag in the
 descriptor. The second reason it the revision counter that changes at
 every upload which forces us to re-encode which re-signs the whole blob.
