 Hello admin peoples,

 The Tor Research Safety Board will soon be running a hotcrp submission
 server on 198.96.155.11. (It is maintained by Ian, and the address is
 right next door to submit.petsymposium.org.)

 Can we make a cname or equivalent, so "safetyboard.torproject.org" sends
 people to 198.96.155.11?

 The goal is to have a better way for people to submit their safety board
 requests than "try mailing Roger".
