 To reproduce this, you can use:
 {{{
 src/or/tor DataDirectory `mktemp -d` UseBridges 1 Bridge ...
 }}}
 where ... is any bridge on any transport.
 (I used a bridge from bridges.torproject.org, but any bridge or relay
 should work.)

 I have confirmed that this works on 0.3.0.10, but fails on master with:

 Delaying directory fetches: No running bridges
 }}}
