Hello Zenny,

This list (tor-bugs) exists to send mail whenever a change happens to
the Tor bugtracker, at bugs.torproject.org. Sending mail to the list
yourself will not create any tickets. You will have much better luck
going to https://bugs.torproject.org/ and filing your ticket there.
