 The `incrementals`, `update_responses` and `dmg2mar` makefile targets have
 been added by commits de3f97f325df5465fa49b7c8ca2ff229b670b207,
 a510614a08cedcb99a03329acb8fa0bd165314e6 and
 93bb526421830f185c431d9064043e54c38d6bab.

 The makefile rules that are still missing are `signmar`, `sign` and
 `match`.
