 The GetTor email help message says
 {{{If you are unsure, just send a blank reply to this message.}}}
 but sending a blank message results in another copy of the help message.
 Should this produce a more detailed help message?  If not, maybe delete
 that text?

 The GetTor email help message also only gives the valid keywords without
 explaining what they are.  For example, it would help to know that
 "mirrors" gets me links to copies of the torproject.org website that I can
 use if I'm being censored or otherwise can't reach torproject.org.
