 At least the screenshot in step 3 on https://tb-manual.torproject.org/en-
 US/circumvention.html needs an update, scramblesuit is gone with #21536.
 The text needs to get updated accordingly.

 Another difficulty is that the screenshot is taken on a macOS system but
 the text below is talking about a non-macOS system: There is no FTE on
 macOS available but on the other platforms there is. This is confusing.
