 I merged the standalone-broker branch in [https://gitweb.torproject.org

 There's a standalone broker running at https://snowflake-
 broker.bamsoftware.com/.

 I think now we just need https://snowflake-reg.appspot.com/ to upload the
 code from [https://gitweb.torproject.org/pluggable-
 transports/snowflake.git/tree/appengine?id=36debdfdd24e978fc323ec352852fc4af0bc4ae5
 appengine] so that clients start communicating with the standalone broker.
