 This landed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1323644. There
 are follow-up bugs that are mainly done. Part of the backport is in
 https://github.com/arthuredelstein/tor-browser/commits/21340+5. A part is
 still missing (see: comment:21:ticket:21340). Putting this up for review.
