 "Disable, investigate, patch/enable" is a common formula, which you prefer
 to ignore again and again. There are a lot of things that can't be
 disabled and is waiting your attention first. Then, it's a hard task to
 check the "disabled" feature is really disabled, second. And only then,
 there's a time for investigations, which should be processed in separate
 tickets, IMHO.
 But this ticket is about patching a new feature without investigation,
 huh.
