 Note: I fixed some of these:

  - Fixed: There are missing values in the past few days, those can/will be
 corrected next week.--
  - Fixed: maatuska has phantom spikes of 100% below. Those will also be
 corrected. (The bug is fixed, the historical data will need to be manually
 corrected)

 I do need to confirm that the disappearance of gabelmoo's unmeasured
 relays is correct and not a bug.
