Comment:

 goose and cypherpunks, I'm with irl regarding not wanting to maintain flag
 images manually and I also understand the desire to close tickets that
 have stalled.  But I also see how you're disappointed with the current
 French flag.  Maybe we can find a compromise: we pick a maintained set of
 SVG flags and write a script to convert them to PNG.  Hint: this might
 work faster if somebody submits a patch for that script.
